What personal data is being collected?
Customer filing system stores customer’s first name, last name, street address, postal code, post office, country, email address, phone number, language and currency used in web shop. Additionally, for business customers company name, business-ID and VAT-ID are stored.
Additionally, when customer is making an order contents of order, payment and shipping method are being stored.
Basis and purpose of processing personal data?
Personal data is being used for:
• Handling of Customer relationship
• Processing, shipping, and filing of orders
• Statistical purposes
• Marketing
Basis for handling personal data is agreement, consent, or rightful claim.
Processing of personal data observes General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that was set in place 25th of May 2019.
Retention period for personal data?
The controller will process the personal data for as long it is necessary fulfill the purposes of the filing system.
The controller may have an obligation to process some personal data belonging to the filing system for longer than stated above in order to comply with the legislation or authority requirements such as accounting and handling of consumer trade obligations.
Transfers of personal data to third parties
Controller will transfer personal data to our logistical partners and payment service provider to enable our function as web shop.
Rights of the data subject
As a data subject I have following rights:
- Right to request access to personal data
- Right to rectification
- Right to withdraw consent for data processing
- Right to erasure
