General info about web shop
VTJ-Trading (Business ID: 2626894-5) is the merchant of inord.fi web shop. We sell products for private persons of legal age and companies in Finland and European Union. Our product prices are inclusive of VAT. We keep the rights to adjust our prices and shipment costs.
inord.fi is not responsible for the harm that is caused by force majeure. Force majeure is such an unforeseen event or change of circumstances that is outside of inord.fi influence capability. Inord.fi is obliged to inform customers about the Force majeure cause without delay.
Ordering
Products are ordered primarily through Internet from inord.fi by our web shop’s shopping basket. All orders are confirmed with email, which states total price, shipping cost and ordered items. Order confirmation requires customer to input a valid email address.
Customer is required to accept current terms of delivery.
Prices are inclusive of VAT, but do not contain delivery cost unless otherwise stated.
If price catalog has clear faults, products are not sold with faulty price, if it can be assumed that customer has understood the faultiness of price.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact
the website the payment was made to.

Delivery Time
We aim to process your completed order to shipment within 48 hours. Complete order means an order, on whose items are all in warehouse and allocated for this order. Additionally, the payment has been accepted. The order is acknowledged to be received earliest at the morning of next business day.
If the product is out of stock, then post-delivery is shown as a stock balance. In this situation we deliver the product as post-delivery to customer and then product delivery time is longer, also we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Shipment method and costs
Shipment costs are to be paid according our latest pricing catalog. We deliver our shipments on parcels.
Changes and Returns
Customer has right according to Finland’s consumer protection law to change and return products within 14 days from delivery. Right to return is valid only to products that are in their original packaging, unused, and valid to be resold. Products must not contain traces of use. Customer is always required to pay the return shipment. If the returned product is used against the buyer’s caretaking responsibility, has the merchant right to claim loss in value to the full cost of the product including the delivery costs. Our warranty and liability will cover only material and manufacturing faults of the product.

- Order number
Returned goods must be packed carefully.
Return address will be agreed separately.
We do not accept returns over 14 days from shipment. We do not accept parcels that are send Cash on Delivery or receiver will pay the shipping. When return is accepted, we return funds to your bank account after return receiving and processing.
Problem situations in transport and damaged products
If product is lost, damaged or is incorrect, customer should report error immediately to huolto at vtj-trading.com. Reporting about incorrect shipment or damaged product must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the package is damaged on shipment, reclamation must be made immediately.
Resolving disputes and venue
Consumer has the right to bring disputes to the attention of Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before bringing it to the attention of Consumer Dispute board Consumer should be in contact with magistrate’s Consumer Advisory services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). Consumer has also possibility to use Online Dispute Resolution service (http://ec.europa.eu/odr) provided by European Commission.
Customer can make a legal claim concerning the debt related disputes caused by the contract against VTJ-Trading (inord.fi) either in VTJ-Trading hometown’s district court or in customer’s hometown’s district court. If the Customer does not have residence in Finland, claims will be handled in VTJ-Trading hometown’s district court.
Cost of a legal agent will not be compensated because Consumer Disputes Board and Consumer Advisory services provide assistance free of cost resolving disputes.
VTJ-Trading is not responsible for direct or indirect losses, damages or loss of income caused by the product or service. VTJ-Trading responsibility is always limited to contents of terms of purchasing and delivery. Product liability is limited to return of the selling price reduced by the benefit’s gained by usage.
Physical opening of the product invalidates the warranty and merchant’s liability unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

We keep the right to adjust our terms of purchasing and delivery. Customer must before making an order get acquainted and consent with current terms of purchasing and delivery.
