Write following information to e-mail: name and contact information, possible order number (speeds up the processing) and explanation about the fault or need for repair.

Customer has right according to Finland’s consumer protection law to change and return products within 14 days from delivery. Right to return is valid only to products that are in their original packaging, unused, and valid to be resold. Products must not contain traces of use. Customer is always required to pay the return shipment. If the returned product is used against the buyer’s caretaking responsibility, has the merchant right to claim loss in value to the full cost of the product including the delivery costs. Our warranty and liability will cover only material and manufacturing faults of the product.

Provide following information to return:

  • Name, address, and phone number
  • Bank account
  • Order number

Returned goods must be packed carefully.

Return address will be agreed separately.

We do not accept returns over 14 days from shipment. We do not accept parcels that are send Cash on Delivery or receiver will pay the shipping. When return is accepted, we return funds to your bank account after return receiving and processing.

We send you the instructions for returning the product.

If service company detects a defect external to warranty conditions, cost estimate of repairs is sent to the customer.

Estimate for repair time is about 10 to 15 business days. Part of the products sold in inord.fi needs to be shipped aboard for repairs, since there is no authorized repair shop in Finland. In this case the estimated service time is about 10 to 20 business days.

Unnecessary repair’s costs will be completely collected from customer if product is clearly delivered to repair without valid reason. VTJ-Trading (inord.fi) is not responsible for damages caused by customer action. Unnecessary expenses consist of repair shop’s expenses and related merchant’s cost. Repair service fee is at minimum 40 €.

Our service retains products three months after we have informed the completion of repair. After this period the product will be recycled in accordance with the law for business operator right to sell non-collected item.
