General Information about the Online Store
Westidea Oy (3464887-6) isinord.fithe seller of the online store. We sell products to adults, both private individuals and businesses, in Finland and the EU area. The prices of the products include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Westidea /inord.fiis not liable for damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseen event or change in circumstances that isinord.fibeyond the possibilities of influence.Inord.fiis obligated to inform the customer of the force majeure without delay.

Ordering
Products are generally ordered via the internet at the addressinord.fithrough the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email, which states the order price, shipping costs, and the products ordered. Receiving the order confirmation requires providing an email address at the time of ordering.
The customer agrees to the delivery terms in effect at the time of each order.
Prices include value-added tax but do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated. If there are clear pricing errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a clearly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer understood the existence of the error.

Payment Service Provider
The payment intermediary service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on bank statements or card invoices and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Delivery time
The normal delivery time is 3-5 business days. The processing of a completed order is aimed to be done within 48 hours of its receipt. A completed order means an order where all products are in stock and reserved for the order, and the payment method for the order has been approved. The order is considered received at the earliest on the next business day during office hours.
If a product is out of stock, the product's stock balance will show the information "backordered." In such cases, we will deliver the product as a backorder to the customer, which will result in a longer delivery time, or we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delivery method and delivery costs
We charge delivery costs to Finland according to the current price list. We deliver orders as packages.

Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The products must not show any signs of use. The customer must pay the shipping costs incurred by the return. If the returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge a depreciation fee up to the full price of the product including return costs. The warranty and the seller's liability for defects cover only material and manufacturing defects of the device.
Please include the following information with the return:

• your name, address, and phone number
• your bank account number
• your order number

Returned products must be packed carefully.
The return address must be agreed upon separately.
We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery. We do not redeem packages sent with cash on delivery or billed to the recipient. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return is received and processed.

Issues during transportation and regarding defective products
If the product is lost during transportation, damaged, or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to sales atwestidea.fiNotification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made immediately regarding the product.

Resolution of disputes and jurisdiction
The consumer customer has the right to submit disputes arising from this agreement to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) to be resolved. Before bringing the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advice service of the local magistrate (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). The consumer also has the option to use the online dispute resolution platform maintained by the European Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
The customer may file a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the contractual debt relationship against Westidea Oy /inord.fiin the district court of Westidea Oy's registered office. If the customer does not have a residence in Finland, disputes will be handled in the district court of Westidea Oy's registered office.
Agent fees are not reimbursed, as Consumer Advice and the Consumer Disputes Board provide assistance in resolving disputes free of charge.
Westidea Oy is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or loss of income caused by the product and/or service. Westidea Oy's liability for compensation is always limited to the content of these terms and conditions. Product liability is limited to the possible refund of the purchase price minus the value of use.
Physically opening the product to modify the device terminates the warranty and the seller's liability, unless the manufacturer has stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize themselves with and accept the delivery terms in effect at the time of their order.
